How Does it Work?
The Program runs January 10-June 14, 2018

The program has four main components

1. Personal Movement Lessons
This will be the nuts and bolts component of learning to connect to your own body. You will be developing strength, range of motion, balance and co-ordination. You will be unwinding detrimental physical patterns and replacing them with aligned, functional movement patterns. Each lesson takes into account where you are at physically and we work together to push your boundaries. By the end of Term One you will have developed a personal program that you will begin to use.

2. Group Movement Lessons
Here, you will be in class with the other women in your cohort to connect, move together and support each other. This class is where you discover the magic. Dancing, Moving, connecting physically listening, integrating and realizing your physical self in a larger, more free context. You will receive useful information about anatomy, bio mechanics, nutrition and neuroplasticity.

3. Daily Somatic Meditations
You will receive invitations to integrate specific embodiment techniques as you go about your daily business.

In the second term, The Moving IN Program also includes surprise outings, surprise guest teachers and personal planning for your next steps beyond the program. In June, There will be a unique event to celebrate your success and your glorious future.
