Private Ecotherapy Session

Nature is the therapist and I am your guide. 

In this one on one session, I share attunement practices that are grounded in mutual respect and care for developing therapeutic relationships with trees and other beings. I use outdoor leadership protocols and combine them with arts based imaginative practices to hold space for you to explore what is arising in you. Through nature immersion, this session offers the potential to improve physical and mental wellbeing while also offering care for the earth.

Mid Week Movement Online Class

30 minute Online Movement Class

It’s not a dance class but it’s very dance-y.

We will move the whole body through a range of motion as we explore aspects of agility, balance, focus, creativity, strength, balance, articulation and alignment. It includes practices of attunement to self, others and place.  

 It is all adaptable.
I’ll open the zoom room 10 minutes before class to say hello and settle in. Movement starts at 8:30 sharp. Zoom will stay open for 10 minutes after class for questions and conversations.

It is a pragmatic, poetic, creative morning movement that I developed over the last decade through my teaching work with actors. I have distilled and connected a lot of my practices into this morning sequence. I like the sequence so much that I practice it almost everyday for myself, adapting it to where I am and how I’m feeling. The practice has helped me to feel more embodied and grounded and capable as I move through my day. The sequence visits different aspects and body parts but the focus is always on the wholeness of our embodied creative, social and spiritual being.

Everyone shows up differently each day, some days you feel like moving, some days you don’t. This sequence has become a grounding way to check in and move forward into your day as best as you can just as you are.
