A few years ago I was obsessed with filming trees in winter. I love the fractal outlines of their architectural bodies. I like how film can make the trees seem to move on a human time scale. John and I created this experiment projecting my videos as I danced in my tree suit. I was aiming to dance in “tree time” while the trees moved around me.
